Take advantage of our 14-day return policy. You may order just about anything, inspect the equipment, and if you are not fully satisfied, just return it for a full refund less Shipping and handling charges (provided it has not been used, is in original packaging, and is in mint condition). No restocking fee and no questions asked. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Free shipping order(s) returned are refunded the purchase price less shipping and handling. If accepted, items returned after 14 days are subject to a 15%+ restocking fee.

Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your sales slip and a note describing the problem with the item(s). All item(s) must be in mint condition, in the original manufacturers labeled packaging, enclosed within a outer shipping carton and must include all packaging materials and blank warranty cards. You must call (905) 627-7998 for a return authorization number before returning a product.
No packages will be accepted without a valid RA# (return authorization number) clearly marked on the outside of the box.
